Rooted in Goodness, Driven by Place.
Our Winemaking Philosophy
For us, ‘good’ is more than a philosophy - it’s action. We roll up our sleeves every day to respect the earth and the skilled hands that farm it. Without both, our glass would be empty.
That’s why we tend vines across a mosaic of sites - from windswept coastal zones just 6 kilometres from the Cape Atlantic to inland vineyards 100 kilometres away. These diverse microclimates, with decomposed granite, weathered shale and Malmesbury soils, combined with sea breezes and coastal mists, allow grapes to ripen slowly, preserving the vibrant acidity and mineral precision that define South African coastal wines.
